We are currently looking to fill the following position(s):

  • Equipment Operators
    • Operate skid steer loaders, tractors, backhoe
    • Basic construction or landscape knowledge required
    • Previous experience and / or training required
    • Duties include: loading, hauling, backfilling, and finish grading
    • CDL License preferred
  • Truck Drivers
    • Operate semi truck (generally within a 200 mile radius of Fargo)
    • Operate tandem axle tanker truck (hyrdromulch / water)
    • Significant previous experience required
    • Excellent driving record
    • CDL License required
  • Landscape Crew & Crew Leaders
    • Plan and / or install new landscape projects
    • Residential and Commercial
    • Ability to read / interpret architectural plans a must
    • Two (2) years experience and / or training preferred
    • Crew Leaders will supervise / work with crews of 2-5 people
    • Clear driving record
  • Yard Person
    • Maintain yard in orderly manner
    • Assist with loading / unloading of materials
    • Deliver materials and supplies to job sites
    • Assist landscape installation crews with preparing job materials
    • Pickup / deliver customer's lawn & garden equipment for repairs
    • Deliver bulk landscape products (rock / mulches / topsoils / sod)
    • Previous experience in related work preferred
    • Clear driving record
  • Irrigation System Installers
    • Oversee and assist with installation of lawn irrigation systems
    • Residential and Commercial
    • Basic knowledge of trencher and vibratory plow operation / maintenance
    • Previous experience with plumbing and / or electrical knowledge preferred
    • Clear driving record
  • Garden Center Sales Associates (seasonal - April to Oct.)
    • Actively sell plant materials and garden center supplies
    • Maintain all plant material in a healthy manner
    • Assist with loading customers
    • Horticultural knowledge of plant material and garden products preferred
    • Basic telephone, cash register, and computer skills required
    • Previous retail sales experience preferred

 

Year-round (or part-time winter) work is possible for some positions.
